I feel so terrible right now , really terrible .
I've never ever felt so terrible in when i was sick .

I can't breath too hard , cause if i do , it'll be hard for me to breath .
If i start coughing , i'll cough like mad and it'll be hard to stop .
I sprain my ankle again and it hurts till i cried , WTF .
